Usage Metrics Explained

πŸ“‹

Transactions

Every time you record a receipt, sale, transfer, or any other inventory movement, it counts as one transaction. This resets monthly on your billing date.

Examples:
β€’ Recording a product receipt = 1 transaction
β€’ Creating a sales order = 1 transaction
β€’ Inventory adjustment = 1 transaction
β€’ Transfer between locations = 1 transaction
Reset Schedule: Transaction count resets on the 1st of each month (or your billing anniversary date for paid plans).
πŸ‘₯

Team Members / Users

The number of active user accounts in your organization. This is a persistent limit, not a monthly allowance. Deactivated users don't count toward your limit.

βœ“Counts: Active user accounts with login access
βœ—Doesn't count: Deactivated or suspended users
πŸ”Œ

Integrations

Number of active third-party integrations (QuickBooks, Shopify, ERPNext, etc.). Each connected service counts as one integration.

Currently Supported:
β€’ QuickBooks Online
β€’ Shopify
β€’ ERPNext
β€’ WooCommerce
β€’ Xero
β€’ Custom API
πŸ’Ύ

Storage

Total storage space used for documents, attachments, reports, and data. Measured in gigabytes (GB).

β€’ PDF receipts and invoices
β€’ Attached documents and images
β€’ Generated reports and exports
β€’ Backup data and logs
πŸ’‘ Tip: Delete old reports and unnecessary attachments to free up space.
πŸ”Œ

API Rate Limit

Maximum number of API requests allowed per minute. This prevents abuse and ensures fair usage across all customers.

Free Plan:10 requests/minute
Starter Plan:60 requests/minute
Professional Plan:300 requests/minute
Business/Enterprise:1,000-10,000/min
⚠️ Rate Limit Exceeded: If you exceed your rate limit, API requests will return a 429 error. Implement exponential backoff in your code.

Action Required: Upgrade your plan immediately to avoid service interruption. Click the "Upgrade Now" link in the email for instant activation.
❌

Frequently Asked Questions

When does my usage counter reset?

Transaction and API usage counters reset monthly on your billing date. For Free plans, this is the 1st of each month. For paid plans, it's your billing anniversary date. Storage and user limits are persistent and don't reset.

Can I buy additional transactions without upgrading?

Not currently. To increase your limits, you'll need to upgrade to a higher-tier plan. We're considering add-on packages for the futureβ€”let us know if this would be valuable for you!

What happens to my data if I exceed my storage limit?

You won't be able to upload new files or attachments. Existing data remains safe and accessible. To continue uploading, either delete old files or upgrade to a plan with more storage.

How accurate is the real-time usage tracking?

Usage is updated in real-time with typically less than 1 second delay. In rare cases during high traffic, there may be a delay of up to 1 minute.
