Organiko.ai provides real-time usage monitoring so you always know where you stand with your subscription limits. Get alerts when approaching limits and view detailed analytics of your usage patterns.

View your usage trends over time to understand patterns and forecast future needs.
Every time you record a receipt, sale, transfer, or any other inventory movement, it counts as one transaction. This resets monthly on your billing date.
The number of active user accounts in your organization. This is a persistent limit, not a monthly allowance. Deactivated users don't count toward your limit.
Number of active third-party integrations (QuickBooks, Shopify, ERPNext, etc.). Each connected service counts as one integration.
Total storage space used for documents, attachments, reports, and data. Measured in gigabytes (GB).
Maximum number of API requests allowed per minute. This prevents abuse and ensures fair usage across all customers.
When you reach 80% of any limit, we send you an email notification with your current usage and suggestions for optimization or upgrading.
At 95% usage, you receive a critical alert. This is your last chance to upgrade before hitting your limit and potentially losing access to features.
When you reach 100% of a limit, different actions occur depending on the resource type:

Transaction and API usage counters reset monthly on your billing date. For Free plans, this is the 1st of each month. For paid plans, it's your billing anniversary date. Storage and user limits are persistent and don't reset.
Not currently. To increase your limits, you'll need to upgrade to a higher-tier plan. We're considering add-on packages for the future—let us know if this would be valuable for you!
You won't be able to upload new files or attachments. Existing data remains safe and accessible. To continue uploading, either delete old files or upgrade to a plan with more storage.
Usage is updated in real-time with typically less than 1 second delay. In rare cases during high traffic, there may be a delay of up to 1 minute.
If you're consistently approaching your limits, it's time to consider upgrading your plan.
